Meet the Family

Bywater Hollow lavender farm is truly a FAMILY business...  

Mrs. Bunz, known as "Liz the Lavender Lady," heads the operation as Chief Proprietor and Farmer with husband, Danny, supporting her as Proprietor and Assistant Farmer.  Daughter, Ashley, is a Product Contributor utilizing her goats to make the lavender goat's milk soaps; and younger daughter, Courtney, assists as Development Director managing PR/marketing, social media and website.  Even the sons-in-law are a part of the lavender venture, helping out wherever they can-- Ashley's husband, Spencer, is her farm partner assisting with the soap-making; and Courtney's husband, Josh, provides IT support and is Danny's right-hand-man when it comes to farm labor.
